Calendar

I did something to cause my data from my calendar to disapear. On my Mac Air Mojave, I went to System Preferences, The Notifacations and Focus. I clicked on Calendars, then turned off 'Allow Notifactions'. I did this because I was getting 5 or 6 reminders for every event that I put on my calendar, and I thought this would solve the problem. Instead, everything disappeared. I then turned back on 'Allow Notifacitons', and part of the data came back, but only reoccurring data. All of my appointments and reminders are still gone.

Can this information be retreived?
