Payment problem

Hello I was wondering if you could tell me why I got two payment taken out of my account this month for 11.90 from apple I know one should be for Apple Music.. the other one declined because I didn’t have it in my account but I don’t understand why It tries to go through

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Payment for what was not issued hello, there was such a problem, I canceled all subscriptions in the App Store, there is not a single active one, but for some reason messages come that I have to pay 449 rubles for iTunes, it’s not clear what, it simply does not indicate what the payment is for. How to remove it?

if it was me then I would read

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

and maybe

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
