Sync files between iPhone and iCloud

Is there a way to specify which files or folders on my iPhone will be synced to iCloud from Files?

iCloud and iPad Files App Not Syncing Hello, I can’t get iCloud to correctly sync with my iPad files. When I save a file to a folder that is on the internal iPad storage and is also on iCloud storage, the file is only stored on the iPad and not on iCloud. Is there any way for me to just save the file to the local storage and have it sync with iCloud? Thanks

Unfortunately no.

Everything that is in iCloud Drive in the Files app is synchronized to iCloud. If there are certain folders and files you want to stay local on your iPhone, you can move your content to "On My iPhone"
