How to turn off 411 on Apple phone
I don't want this feature and want to stop it

Dialing 411 used to call ‘directory assistance’.
411 is now dead, or at least being phased out.

Interesting, bcs I have just been charged for it by Koodo with no knowledge of ever having used it...
Some carriers have implemented it as a paid service.
