Update to 16.3.1 issues on iPad pro

After doing the lastest update my iPad will not let me share picture to facebook? Why is that? I have done the normal shut down my iPad and bring it back up to reset and still cannot share

Problems sharing photos on Facebook After posting hundred of photos, both edited and not, to Facebook over the years, I am suddenly (past few weeks) unable to share many of the photos I want to post. I believe most of those have been edited in some way, or perhaps were "live" photos. None are large files. For those photos, I get a message that the photo is unable to be downloaded. The only way I can get the photo to share is to take a screen shot of it, save it, and then post the screen shot. This makes no sense to me, and is a very recent issue. Well I just upgraded to an iPad Pro and after the update to 16.3.1 I just tried sharing a photo from Photos to my Facebook account and I had no issues sharing the picture and a short post.
