iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 16.3.1 repeatedly crashes

My phone has been crashing every couple of hours. I spoke to 7 senior advisors and also visited the Genius Bar but no luck so far. They said all hardware diagnostics look good. I don't have a good backup to restore to and running a backup now (both iCloud and locally on MAC) fails all the time. I'm at a dead-end now, can you help?
