Why Can't I See My Workout Metrics for Fitness+ On my Mac or TV?

Hello Everyone, so I wanted to cast my fitness+ workout to my TV, but when I do that, I loose the ability to see my metrics on the side. I heard that they recently updated it to show metrics for many airplay 2 devices, but for some reason it still doesn't support Mac as well? The odd part is, my top of the line Samsung TV doesn't let me select to show metrics and only cast it, but this random Roku tv in my other room can support it. Can someone help clear this up for me? Are Macs not supported for metrics?

This article has information about this to help answer your question: Change what’s on the screen during an Apple Fitness+ workout or meditation - Apple Support

"Note: Fitness+ subscribers who use AirPlay to see their workouts can now get real-time personal metrics from their Apple Watch on compatible displays."

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
