it may take a few minutes to activate your ipad
After resetting,came like this, and now it's been 4 hours, it hasn't confirmed anything, it's not my internet problem, it's your server's problem, I'm a consumer.

If this persists afterwards, we'd recommend trying another network to make sure the activation server isn't somehow being blocked on your current network.
