How to obtain purchase receipt for iPhone

We understand you'd like a copy of a purchase receipt from May of last year. Depending on where you purchased your iPhone, we have steps to help you obtain that receipt. If the purchased was made in a physical Apple Store location, you would need to visit the store to request a copy of the receipt. If they are able to pull purchase information from that date, they will be able to provide a copy.
Usually you also get an email with your receipt at the time of purchase. You might double-check your email to see if it's still there.
