"If you’ve forgotten your security questions, there isn’t a way for Apple to reset them for you, or another way to access your account. You would need to create a new Apple ID, which also means you won’t have access to previous purchases or data stored in iCloud."

Sure thing, I'd be happy to help you with that!
If you've forgotten the answers to your security questions and the system is saying that it can't retrieve your account because it doesn't have enough information, here's what you can do:
Contact customer support: Your first step should be to contact the customer support team for the service in question. They may be able to assist you in recovering your account, even if you've forgotten your security question answers.
Provide alternative verification information: If the customer support team requests more information to verify your identity, try providing alternative verification information that you may have on file with the service provider. This could include your phone number, email address, or credit card information.
Provide a photo ID: If the customer support team still needs more information, you may need to provide a photo ID to verify your identity. This could be a driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID.
Wait for a response: Once you've provided all the necessary information, wait for a response from the customer support team. They may be able to help you regain access to your account, or they may provide you with further instructions on what to do next.
Set up two-factor authentication: After you regain access to your account, it's a good idea to set up two-factor authentication to help prevent this from happening again in the future. Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a verification code in addition to your password.
Remember, if you ever get locked out of your account or forget your security question answers, it's important to act quickly and follow the steps above to try and regain access.
