Bluetooth headphones disconnecting and connecting during phones only when AirTags connected

Hello

If I connect an AirTag to my phone, it stops my bluetooth headphones working when I make a phone call. They disconnect and re connected every few seconds.

If I remove the AirTag using the FindMy app or remove the battery from the AirTag, the problem goes away.

If tried resetting the bluetooth connection to my bluetooth headphones but that has not worked.

I don't have the issue with FaceTime or WhatsApp calls, just normal cellular phone calls.

I have an iPhone 13 on iOS 16.3.1. My bluetooth headphones are IsoTunes Xtra 2.0

Anyone know of a solution?

When you say you tried to reset the Bluetooth connection from your headphones, do you mean that you followed the steps below? We want to make sure we understand the steps you've taken previously.

"If your headphones keep disconnecting

If you tested your headphones as described in the previous section and audio keeps disconnecting or cutting in and out, unpair your headphones and then pair them again.

Unpair your headphones

Unpair from an iPhone:

Tap Settings > Bluetooth.
Find the device that you want to unpair and tap the Info button .
Tap Forget This Device.
Restart your iPhone."

If you haven't done those, we recommend unpairing and then pairing again to reset the connection between your iPhone 13 and IsoTunes Xtra 2.0.
