No internet access but connected to 4g mobile data abroad

Hi i have an issue with the mobile data usage abroad (in the EU). Im on holiday for 4 days and 3 of them it worked perfectly fine and the last one it worked half way though and just stopped. I tried restarting the phone, no change, shutting it down for a bit and starting again, no change, resetting network settings, no change. Ive checked multiple times that the mobile data is switched on and the roaming is switch on as well but switching them on and off didnt help too. Friends with me also on my network have normal data using and works fine but mine doesnt and i have no clue why. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated ! thank you
