I get Apple Music free with my iPhone 14 subscription with EE but can’t access it. Why is this?

Hey there Mir_dan,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.

Just to confirm, have you gone through all the steps from EE's support site on how to access and use your free Apple Music offer: How do I get free Apple Music - Help EE

If not, give the steps above a try and let us know the results.

If you have gone through the steps above, what happens when you try accessing Apple Music? For example, do you see any particular alerts or error messages?

Are you able to see that the subscription is active under your Apple ID subscription page? Check out this link for help with locating your subscriptions: Manage App Store purchases, subscriptions, settings, and restrictions on iPhone - Apple Support

In the App Store app , you can manage subscriptions and review and download purchases made by you or other family members. You can also set restrictions and customize your preferences for the App Store in Settings .

Change or cancel your App Store subscriptions
1. Tap the My Account button or your picture at the top right, then tap Subscriptions.
2. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Choose a subscription, then do any of the following:
* Change or cancel an existing subscription.
* Resubscribe to an expired subscription.

Keep us updated on what you find.

Take care!
