iPhone battery cycle count
I am using iPhone 11 for the 15 months and my battery health is 83 so I try to check the battery cycle count and it’s shows 0 cycle count

To start, you'll want to add more specific detail on where you're seeing this. There's no menu or option in the iOS settings called "cycle count", so you'll want to provide a specific path on what menu you're seeing this in so the community can get a better understanding.
Are you talking about the maximum capacity? If so, you can find that in Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging.
