Hello dhrumil129,

There's a few settings you'll need to turn off if you do not want the backlight brightness to automatically adjust.

  1. Go to Settings > Display & Brightness, and turn off True Tone.
  2. Go to Settings > Display & Brightness , and turn off Night Shift.
  3. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size, and turn off Auto-Brightness.

You can then manually adjust the backlight brightness to the level you want either in Settings > Display & Brightness, or in Control Center.

Adjust the brightness and color temperature on your iPhone

Cheers!
