Where do I see purchase history

You can see your purchase history here:

Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History

If you want to download previously purchased/downloaded apps, find the App Store app, long press the icon and select Purchased. You will be taken to your list of all your previous apps.
