Can’t make a iCloud mail
I’m trying to create a iCloud mail to use primarily but every time I try to create it’s said along to lines of unavailable or something went wrong. Tried a few options from YouTube but nothing worked.

The first step will be to ensure you're following the correct process. Create a primary email address for iCloud Mail covers the specific process for creating a new iCloud email address. If you already have one, then you'd need to look at Add and manage email aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com for the steps to create an alias.
If that process is not working, the address you are attempting to create may already be in use or not available. It's also possible the device you're attempting to create the account on has exceeded the maximum number of allowed account creations, as described in If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID or Could Not Set Up iCloud message.
