Remove someone’s Apple ID from a watch
Bought a I watch at the bin shop and it’s already has a Apple ID. How can I find out who’s it is to get ahold a them and have them remove it so I can connect.

The original owner would need to remove the Apple Watch from their Apple ID. The best option may be to contact the seller you purchased from. If they are unable to remove the device, you should consider asking to return the device as you will not be able to set it up fully.
