Apple recommends you to change your battery when the Maximum Capacity reaches 80%. When the time comes, please click Here to go about having the battery replaced.

Battery Health will decline an average of about 1% a month. That's an average. Some months, it might not decline at all, and then it might drop 2% the next month. This is normal.
You can expect to get about 2 years of use from a new battery before it will need to be replaced.
