How to hard reset my iPhone 5?

Why is it disabled? If it is not connected to an apple icloud account that you have access to, you might run into issues. Turn off the phone completely. Hold the home button while connecting the lightning cable to a computer with updated itunes/updated operating system. If that does not remove the lock, then you have to contact apple support. good luck.
