Refund for purchase using Apple Pay
made a purchase with John Lewis online using Apple Pay. Been told by John Lewis the refund has been made and it’s in a holding account and to contact Apple Pay so the can locate it using the reference number provided by John Lewis.
Contacted Apple Pay - they said they can’t/ won’t help.
Contacted credit card- they said they can’t/ won’t help
Contacted John Lewis- same response.
constantly getting hand off from all organisations- can anyone help?!!!
