Shortcuts routine gets interrupted by phone-lock

hi there,

I wrote shortcuts wich are automated by location and time. So most of the times I get a notification in lockscreen. I can run them from there, but because my shortcuts ask a cuple of questions I have to answer, they take a while and the phones screen gets dark and unresponsive after around 10 seconds.

Until lately I had a workaround in adding ‚go-to-homescreen‘ after the first question, so the phone unlocked and the routine wasn‘t interrupted.

This doesn‘t work anymore. After showing the homescreen, the next steps won‘t run and the shortcut gets stuck.

Is there a way to

  • keep the phone responsive for longer time while in lock-screen?
  • don‘t shut off the screen while the shortcut runs?
  • unlock the phone while the shortcuts run? I mean… Face-ID already unlocked all the notifications already, so it shouldn‘t be a security reason.
  • know, if this is a bug and go-to-home just doesn‘t work as intended?
  • help me? :)

Do you have any suggestions? Maybe there is another workaround for keeping shortcut-routines alive?

Thank you,

have a nice day,

Stam

Stam ~ The 'Go to Home Screen' action doesn't work for me either – presumably it's a bug, so let Apple know:
