Airpods
The bottom part of my AirPod with the metal has a small crack everytime I put it in my charging case, the case blinks green and won’t allow me to reset, I’ve cleaned the charger case and the charger part of the AirPod, nothing is working

If your AirPods or charging case have suffered physical damage I suggest you should contact Apple Support to discuss the repair options.
