no REMOVE option in apple music downloaded music

i have 100 gb downloaded in apple music (according to gen settings, storage) -- and it will "list" downloaded playlists and songs. However, i have no option to REMOVE downloads per all the different support guides (and i need too as i do not have enough space to even accomplish an update)

any ideas on how to get the remove download back?? screenshot below showing DOWNLOADED area.. but no remove option
