Longer notification sounds for Apple Watch 8

Hi is it possible to get longer notification sounds and vibration times on the Apple Watch? I use mine for blood sugar notifications and the alert isn’t long enough or strong enough to make sure I don’t miss it.

How do I enable simultaneous notification sounds and vibration for iPhone 16 and Apple Watch SE? New to Apple, have been using Android for years, currently have iPhone 16 & watch is SE, is there anyway that I can receive a notification sound for both at same time, currently only my watch sounds when I get a message but even with the watch volume up it’s still really low and doesn’t vibrate on my wrist, is vibrate an option [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Does the app on the iPhone allow you to set repeat notificatons?

Unfortunately you can only increase the volume and make haptics "prominent" in Sounds & Haptics settings.
