On Ancestry.com, ignore hint button does not work. I can, however, review the hints but I am unable to ignore them Ancestry says this is an issue with Safari, and they are unable to help. They are aware of the problem with Safari. Any suggestions?

If you click on the "all hints" at the top of the page, and review the list, you can ignore hints on this basis
I learned yesterday that if I double click on the all hints at the top of the page and view all hints at once, I can ignore them on this basis.
After experiencing the same issue with the ignore hint button not working while using safari as my browser, I switched to chrome to access Ancestry.com and the same problem exists. This is likely an Ancestry issue that they are just blaming on browsers.
Seems Ancestry web-developers have designed their site to be compatible with just a few other browsers only, rather than all. There's not much anyone can do about that.
I was told the same thing. However, I have used the site, the same way, everyday! I’ve done all the checks etc. Problem still exists. I can’t even get rid of the “other people’s tree” hints. Hoping for a solution soon.
