Did you get any error messages while trying to install. If so what exactly was the message?
That said, are you sure it's compatible for use on a Mac? The only info I could find is its only for use on iPhones and iPads.

I have the same issue with Macbook Pro M1 with macOS Ventura 13.2
It says on the PS-Website it is compatible with Ventura but the installation wizard says it is not. Lol. Do not know what to think about that.
I have the same problem on a macbook pro 2m max. It doesn't give any error number... suppose to work on Ventura. Maybe it's not supported by new processors ?
