Apple keeps changing my watch goals

I have an injury and have my goals set to what I can do in a day. Once again my rings are not all closed from the day before, even though they were before I went to be because apple changed my goals. How do I stop them from changing my goals every day I am tired of having to go in multiple times a day to fix this they need to just leave what I set it to.

Apple does not change your Workout goals.e your Active air Workout goals. Something else must one wrong.

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
