I keep trying to get redeem my 6 month trial and I get to the last bit but it say authentication required but doesn’t let me authenticate it. It says continue on your phone or computer but how do I authenticate it.

If you created a new Apple ID account for this, then the account may need activation.
Verify that you supplied all the user information that goes with an account, and that you verified the email address by responding to the test email message.
