Red Microphone
Does anyone know what this red microphone is and how to turn it off? Voice control is turned off.

Based on the provided screenshot, that doesn't appear to be related to an Apple app or feature. We can take some steps to help further isolate this to a third party app.
To start, let's restart your Mac using the process below:
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > Shut Down.
You'll also want to deselect the "Reopen windows when logging back in" option. That should help to make sure any apps related to that behavior don't open back up automatically. You can also find that process in this resource: Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support
Once your Mac has restarted, let us know if that red microphone icon reappears immediately, or if it shows back up after opening a particular app.
