My esim was deleted off my iPhone when I had to reset it

Depending on your carrier you have options:
ALL options require contacting your carrier:
1) In-person at a carrier’s store
2) They can probably re-provision you w/ a phone call as long as you’re keeping the same device.
3) Many carriers allow self-service re-provisioning IF you’ve setup your online account in advance.
