Hi Applewatchinjury,

We appreciate you reaching out to us.

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you.

Are you experiencing this issue on every app?

If the issue is isolated to certain apps, please check for app updates.

  1. "Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All."

You can use the article below as a reference.

If the issue happens on every app that can use the keyboard, please remove any accessory that may affect the your device's touchscreen. For example, a screen protector or protective case.

Also, if you are using a third-party keyboard, please check if the issue persists if you remove it.

  1. "Go to Settings  > General > Keyboard.
  2. Tap Keyboards, then do any of the following:
    • Remove a keyboard: Tap Edit, tap the Delete button next to the keyboard you want to remove, tap Delete, then tap Done."

You can use the article below as a reference.

After going through the steps above, let’s try one more thing. Go ahead and open the Notes app, select the pen tool and scribble near the edges of and across your display. You may need to rotate the screen to reach some edges. Then, let us know if there are spots that you are not able to scribble.

Take care!
