Apple Watch Monthly Challenges

Since December 2022 I’ve had the same monthly challenge- “close all 3 rings 28 times this month”. I look forward to the new challenge to challenge myself. This challenge doesn't do that. Is this to do with the upgrade or is there something going on with the watch? The software is up to date on my watch and phone. Is there a glitch somewhere. Can someone please assist. I don't seem to be the only one with this issue. I have a series 3, that I’ve had since 2017 but friends with newer models are seeing the same. Thank you!
