Screens stuck on black loading screen every time tablet dies & is fully charged

I have both an iPhone 11 and iPad 9 and when my phone dies, and upon charging it (at least to 25%) the Apple logo will appear but then instead of the home screen appearing I get stuck on the black loading screen. On my iPhone I have to reset the phone a few times to get it working as recommended but for the iPad I have tried resetting it multiple times with no success.


Even when I have factory reset the iPad from my Macbook, I still experience the same issue.


Suggestions?

As described, your iPad may have a fault. You might be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support - and request a remote diagnostic test.

Alternatively and perhaps easier, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad. If service is required, you’ll be in the best possible place to explore your available options:
