Do iPhone 14 Pro with Hong Kong part number, which have 2 physical SIM cards, also have the ability to install e SIM?

The China model iPhone 14 Pro (A2892) does not support eSIM.

But in Hk ..12 mini and 13 mini also support both dual sim and esim . But why not 14pro ? I guess Apple just block it by software

Progress to getting worse ?? 😅 someone mention it’s because of the hardware problem. Also some did mention esim is not available in Hk.. but those seems also incorrect
