snapchat locked device

My snapchat account won't log in on my new iPhone 14. It says due to repeated failed login attempts or violation of Terms & Conditions and/or community guidelines. However, I can log into the account on computer or an alternate apple device (iPhone 11). I have factory reset my phone, changed the Snapchat password, deleted and redownloaded the app and it still will not log in. I have tried to contact Snapchat but they are useless. What do I do?

Snapchat is not an Apple Product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Contact us - Snapchat Support
