MS Teams install error

I am trying to update my version of MS Teams on my M2 MBA running Ventura and I am constantly getting an error that I have posted below. I will just say that I thatches M2 is the wonkiest Mac I have ever owned. I get funky errors like this quite a bit. There should be no need to contact Microsoft on this. Matter fact I don't even know where to start with trying to do that.
