Why cant i use the apple wallet in terms of my debit and credit cards but i can use my shell card on it? Is it because of the bank? But i have a debit card which can be most of the time registered in my other phones.

Credit/debit cards can be added to Wallet if you use Apple Pay.
Check if your country supports Apple Pay AND if your card issuer is among the partecipating banks in this list:--> Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support
