If I put on my AirPods then grab my iPhone, sometimes I will see an option to select what I'm listening to before unlocking my phone. What is this called (I tried to Google it), and how do I get it to come up every time?

As you use your iPhone, Siri learns your routines, then suggests things(like songs on the Lock Screen upon pairing your AirPods) for you to play.
