Title says it all, how do you unmark a message as junk?
There's no button under 'Customise Toolbar' and no function in the menus that I can see. The only way I've found is to click the junk button then immediately hit undo to bring the message back, then it's not marked as junk.
But there must be a better way - right?
MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.2
Select the junk message and watch the Junk toolbar item change to Not Junk. Click that Not Junk button.

When I select an actual Mail acount's existing Junk message, I can watch the Junk toolbar name change to Not Junk. It won't do that with items marked as Trash.

That's the button I'm clicking but it moves the message from the inbox to junk. That's why I have to hit undo, to move it from junk back to the inbox.

The button doesn't change for me and as mentioned, clicking it just moves the message to junk.
