when using mac version of microsoft office videos in sharepoint freeze

Since the latest Ventura updates, the Mac version of office I use for my job freezes the videos I am trying to edit. I can hear the audio but the video freezes after about 10 seconds. The videos are in share point. I have tried, refreshing, scanning forward etc but still freezes. Anyone else having this problem or have any thoughts as to how to fix it. BTW, I checked with a coworker who also has Mac and he is having the same problem. Others who use a PC Microsoft, no problems.
