We are season ticket holders for LAFC. This means we are supposed to get the MLS add to my apple account free but the tickets are in my partners email and the apple ID is in my email. How do we fix this so I don't have to pay for the monhtly fee, which I am now.

You should receive an email on your partners email to redeem your MLS Season pass. There should be a link directing you to a website to redeem the Season Pass, where you can then enter your own Apple ID to link it to.
Once the link is complete, the Season Pass will be available on your account through the MLS Season Pass channel in the Apple TV app on any compatible device you are signed in to.
Do note, some people have been having issues with getting to the website to link the accounts.
