My pinned contacts’s names and photo used to appear at the top of the forward page each time I pressed the icon (arrow inside rectangle pointing up). Then I would send the message to those I chose. This has disappeared since either IOS 16.3. Please help. This was a time saver

If you are referring to pinned contacts not appearing when you tap on the Share menu, then this would be expected behavior. Pinned contacts will not always appear as your suggestions. You can provide feedback about this to Apple by visiting this link here: Product Feedback - Apple
