On an incoming call on iPhone 12, I cannot change it to speaker phone because there is no "hide" button on the keyboard. Why is this and what can I do?
iPhone 12, iOS 16

Thanks for responding. Your screen and mine match, except that there is no "hide" button on mine. . l
Neither incoming nor outgoing calls have "hide." However, with an outgoing call, the screen automatically goes to the one with the speakerphone icon as soon as I've dialed the call. So, this not a problem on outgoing calls .
I noticed the problem when I tried to put an incoming call on speakerphone. The keypad stayed on, and there was no hide button to use. Because of that, I wasn't able to get to the speakerphone icon.
I'm attaching a screenshot.
Here’s the difference between your screenshots and mine …
I am on a call. You are not.
My screen looks just like yours when I am not on a call.
You referred to an incoming call. Perhaps you don’t realize you hung up the call when achieving the screenshot.
Is this what you see? Have you checked the lower right corner?
