Find the App Store app, open it. Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner. If there are any updates available for your apps, they can be downloaded there. Please note that if you use iPhone 6 with iOS 12, you will find that many apps can no longer be updated. Many apps today require iOS 13 or later.
