iCloud backup not working
My iCloud shows 138GB of 200GB Used. Why does iCloud says insufficient storage for backup?

We’d be happy to help out. If you’re seeing that you have insufficient storage for a backup, this could indicate that the backup you’re attempting to complete exceeds the 62 GBs remaining on your storage plan.
To check, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup > [your device]. Here you’ll see your “Next Backup Size”.
We hope this clears things up for you. If you find that your backup size exceeds your storage plan, you could exclude certain items or else upgrade your iCloud storage plan.

1. Go to Settings, then tap your name.
2. Tap iCloud, then tap Manage Account Storage or Manage Storage. Or scroll down and tap Upgrade to iCloud+.
