Has anyone else had trouble with their phone not connecting to data and you had to reset network settings several times for it to work? I’ve had my phone for less then a year and have had it fixed 4 times by Apple but still has this problem where it stops connecting to data.

Did you already try to set your iPhone back to factory settings, using your computer?
This will download a completely new iOS version, to make sure all needed updates are being downloaded.

Missing carrier settings might be a reason for that:
