I want Backups all my videos and pictures

We see you linked here from the article " Upgrade to iCloud+".

If you already sync your photos with iCloud, they wouldn't be included in your iCloud backup, since they're already there.

That said, if you want additional redundancy or security of your photos, you can Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone or iPad to your Mac or PC or Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud.
