Im just gonna paste my last attempt at apple support, Janiel was supper supportive its not her its Apple ID problem that cant be solved, enjoy my suffering:

Have just read through your apple support chat. Am no expert with the answers, yet your post surely deserves a response, even if only to commiserate with you!


So, if I understand correctly, seems most of your difficulties stem from your Apple ID having been originated in Serbia before Apple recognised it as a country, limiting your access to assistance from Apple:


Wondering if you have logged in to your Apple ID Account online and checked that everything is up-to-date there:

Apple ID Log-in https://appleid.apple.com/


And, if needed:

Wondering which software versions you are using on iPhone and HomePods, and if everything is updated to the newest compatible versions.

Eg: About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support says 16.3.1 is the newest update

From the packaging, you can check the barcode to find the serial number. You can also find your product's serial number on the original product receipt or invoice.

You could input the serial number in the webpage (link below) to check what coverage you have: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
