My iPhone does not appear in my MacBook Pro finder My iPhone connected via cable does not appear in my MacBook Pro's Finder. More to the point, what I do see in the Finder sidebar is my phone's name and a clockwise spinning disc. In the field to the right of the sidebar there is no indication of any data on my iPhone - although there is data.

If Find My iPhone is activated on your iPhone, you can try to track it here: https://icloud.com/find

Sign in with the Apple ID that your lost iPhone is signed in to. Find more information here:
